RECESS and NowThis bring you this week’s edition of Office Hours, which features Maggie Musgrave, Mike Trotzke and Matt Hunckler at Indiana University.

Mike Trotzke, co-founder of Sproutbox, explains why he thinks you shouldn’t register for classes. Trotzke’s college experience was more about the relationships he formed with classmates rather than the professors he had, he said.

Matt Hunckler, founder of Verge, said he took a class on search engine optimization (SEO) while he was in college, although it was not a required class for his degree program. His knowledge on SEO led Hunckler to getting his first client and eventually his career.

Maggie Musgrave, Innovate Indiana Fund senior analyst, talks about the struggles that female entrepreneurs have to face in the business world. Support and encouragement are two things that these women could use more of, Musgrave said.
