Own Your Tomorrow
The Charles Schwab Corporation is an American brokerage and banking company, based in San Francisco, California.
Who We Are at Charles Schwab
As a company, we were established by Chuck over 40 years ago to champion Main Street over Wall Street, and to help Americans transform themselves from earners to owners. Through advocacy and innovation, we work to make investing more affordable, accessible and understandable for all. As we enter our fifth decade, we are looking for talented, innovative and driven people who believe they can help themselves, and our clients, create a better future.
Today, Schwab meets the needs of individual and institutional clients through two operating segments:
Investor Services helps individuals with brokerage, banking, insurance and other financial services. Clients have easy access online, by phone or at a local Schwab branch.
Institutional Services provides dedicated support for independent investment advisors, employers and third-party benefit plan administrators.
We believe that, when done right, investing liberates people to create their own destiny. We are driven by our purpose to champion every client’s goals with passion and integrity. We respect and appreciate the diversity of our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve. We challenge conventions strategically to create value for our clients, our firm and the world. We live and bring to life the concept of ‘own your tomorrow’ every day. We champion our employee strengths, guide their development, and invest in their long-term success

A Few Words From Chuck
How can I find out the status of my application?
You can find out your application status by logging into your profile and choosing option “View my job submissions.” The box on the right hand side will reflect your status: Active — Your application is still under evaluation. Inactive — The position is either on hold or was filled by another applicant. If the position was filled by another applicant, you should have also received an e-mail notification.
After I submit my resume, when will I hear back from Schwab about the position that I expressed interest in?
If you have the qualities and experience we’re looking for, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a preliminary phone interview. If your response to one or more qualifying questions indicates that you do not meet the minimum qualifications for the position, you will be notified by e-mail. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact each individual about their status
Why do you have qualifying questions for positions?
Once you decide to apply for a position, you may be required to take a few minutes to answer some qualifying questions unique to that position. These questions help the recruiter and hiring manager identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the position.
