INTERNSHIPS & CO-OPS AT POLARIS

Our internships provide you the opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge in real-world scenarios. Polaris offers a wide variety of functional assignments from Engineering to Manufacturing to Sales to Corporate. You’ll do impactful work and will be able to have your thumbprint on executing strategic company objectives. Internships provide a snapshot into full-time opportunities, as well as early consideration for our development programs. Learning opportunities along with exposure to functional leaders and organization executives round out an amazing and challenging summer.

NEW GRADS - DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AT POLARIS

Rotational development programs at Polaris offer new graduates the ability to accelerate building essential job skills and creating your network of internal resources. Two-year development programs are available in six different business functions; each providing multiple experiences within your field.

Your development program experience is facilitated to provide you with leader mentors, frequent feedback, training opportunities, and cross-functional business knowledge. Your variety of experiences helps you start your post-development program role ahead of the game.

When do I apply?
August – October, but we will continue to recruit until all of our positions have been filled. In our fast-paced environment, new opportunities often come up and we post new opportunities as they are requested by the business.

What makes for an ideal candidate?
Intern candidates must be pursuing a 4 year degree (minimum) in the desired field.

Development program candidates must be completing a 4 year degree (minimum) in the desired field and have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

All ideal Polaris candidates exhibit leadership competencies, love to collaborate, work effectively with little supervision, have a desire to succeed as an organization and be willing to relocate (assistance is provided).
